A cloud-based financial close and accounting automation solution, to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual workflows with a centralized, governed, and automated close engine that shortens cycle times and strengthens internal controls.
- Functional Scope Requirements. Delivery of the following core modules:
• Close Task Management & Checklists:
o Centralized master close calendar with dependency tracking and role-based assignments.
o Automated approval workflows, task dependencies, and escalations for delayed items
• Transaction Matching & Reconciliations:
o High-volume automated transaction matching engine (e.g., bank, credit card, intercompany, and inventory matching). Minimum 10,000,000 transactions annually.
o Automated account reconciliation module with pre-built templates and rule-based signoffs.
• Journal Entry Management:
o Automated journal entry creation, validation, routing, and direct ERP posting.
• Analytics, KPIs, and Dashboards:
o Real-time tracking of close progress, bottlenecks, and KPI generation on processing metrics.
• User Management:
o Minimum 15 users with full access to the system. And the ability to set responsibilities and restrictions based on roles.
