- Campus Store operates within a complex higher-education retail environment that differs from a traditional retail or commercial NetSuite implementation. NetSuite supports and connects with business processes and technologies involving multiple retail locations, ecommerce, point-of-sale systems, inventory and warehouse operations, fulfillment, course materials, textbooks and digital content, and other University and third-party systems.
- NetSuite Technical and Development Support
i. SuiteScript development, modification, debugging, testing, and optimization, including Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, Client, Suitelet, and RESTlet scripts.
ii. Development and troubleshooting of NetSuite customizations, workflows, automation, configurations, and scheduled processes.
iii. Development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations using REST and SOAP web services, RESTlets, SFTP, middleware, CSV or other file-based processes, and other appropriate integration methods.
iv. Advanced troubleshooting of script failures, governance or concurrency issues, system performance, integrations, data exchanges, and other complex NetSuite issues.
v. Maintenance and troubleshooting of solutions developed by previous implementation partners, third-party vendors, or University resources.
vi. Technical architecture and solution-design guidance, including recommendations regarding native NetSuite functionality, workflows, scripting, integrations, and third-party solutions.
