LPS Bank Card and Payment Solutions

Vendors to provide a comprehensive bank card, fuel card, and payment solutions program that can support a large, complex, multi-location university and DOE LPS laboratory system.
- Bank Card capabilities will include purchasing card, travel card, virtual card, reporting, controls, data security, integrations, pricing transparency, training, transition support, and ongoing customer service. Specialized Fuel Card and fleet payment needs cover fuel networks, driver/vehicle controls, EV charging, exception monitoring, and fleet reporting. Payment Services and solutions will focus on supplier payments, payment orchestration, ACH, wire, check reduction, real-time payments, merchant services, disbursements, refunds, gateway services, and other value-added tools that improve payment visibility, reduce administrative burden, strengthen compliance, and create long-term program value.
