Language Programs Services

The Vendor is required to provide language services programs which include but not limited to limited English proficiency (LEP), sign language, video remote interpreting, over the phone interpretation, and written translation services for deaf/hard-of-hearing patient populations.
- This service is intended to be used when on-site interpreters are not available.
