American Sign Language Services

The vendor is required to provide American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting services outside of the required resident services.
• Services on a fixed schedule with daily hours varying from 5 ½ – 8 ½ per day.
• Available on-call after normal hours as needed.
• Accurate sign language interpreting between staff and subject residents, some of which will be confidential in nature.
• Interpreting experience in courtroom or other due process environment as well as mental health environments.
• All interpreters should arrive early or on time for all scheduled times.
