The vendor is required to provide translate and edit documents from english to French and French to english related to the delivery of the spectrum management operations branch as and when required.
- Documents requiring translation and editing are as follows:
• Correspondence (letters, petitions, ATIPs, media requests) tb submissions, reports, regulations, publications, staffing documentation (posters, SOMC, exams) training material, power point presentations.
• All documents relating spectrum policy and operations: licensing frameworks, various consultations (antenna siting, conditions of license, updates), internal committees, emergency telecom (meeting minutes, summaries and readouts), radio licensing, compliance and enforcements.
