Translation and Interpretation Services

The Vendor is required to provide translation and interpretation for schools individuals, nonprofit organizations, or firms (vendors) to provide comprehensive translation and interpretation services for component school districts.
- Translation and interpretation individuals should have experience with translation of written language and spoken language.
- We are interested in firms or individuals that can address the following areas:
•    Translation of school and district-based written materials
•    Attendance at in-person meetings in schools for live interpretation
•    Attendance at virtual meetings with school-based teams for live interpretation
•    Must be able to support translation and interpretation of world languages into English and from English to world languages
•    Must be able to provide a minimum of two references from school districts or agency regarding the firms’ services.
- Translation and Interpretation for Schools service vendors must provide a list of the language(s) that they can support in a school setting. 
- In addition to outlining your services for translate on and interpretation in schools, we are interested in learning about your philosophy on approaching this work.
- Translation and interpretation for schools individuals, nonprofit organizations, or firms (vendors) must also be willing to sign the parents’ bill of rights data privacy and security.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
