The vendor is required to provide translation and record an outgoing existing 37-second english voicemail message into Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese, and (b) to provide telephonic interpretation and translation of incoming voicemail messages from Spanish, Haitian creole, Portuguese, and other languages into english as needed.
- The recorded outgoing voicemail message referenced above (“a”) is a one-time need, to be delivered within 5 business days of providing the english message to the successful bidder following contract execution.
- Telephonic translation of incoming messages from various languages into english (“b”), there are no set operating hours or projected number of minutes of translation needed.
- We anticipate requiring around 30 minutes per month of translation from various languages into english.
- This agreement will be for an open-ended amount of telephonic translation services to be provided at the rate agreed upon by the successful bidder and oca, aligned with the specified rates in the prf75 statewide contract price sheet.
- Translation services must be conducted within 2 business days of submission of the incoming message to the successful bidder.
- We are seeking 100% human translation.
- All information translated must remain strictly confidential.
- The translation may be provided in a recorded audio file (e.g. .mp3, .wav) or in a written portable document format (pdf).
- Languages required:
• Spanish
• Haitian creole
• Portuguese
• Vietnamese
• Chinese (mandarin and Cantonese)
• Arabic
• Russian.
