Photo Plot Interpretation Services

The Vendor is required to provide photo plots interpretation services from stereo imagery acquired during the leaf-on period using an ultra cam camera at 20cm ground sampling distance (GSD).
- Digital aerial imagery specification
•    Imagery format: GeoTIFF, 32-bit floating point
•    Camera: Vexcel ultra cam eagle
•    Acquisition period: June 1 – September 15, 2023 and June 1 – September 15, 2024
•    Ground sample distance: 20cm
•    Spectral resolution: 4 band (red green blue nir)
•    Overlap: no less than 60% forward overlap, 30% sidelap
•    Stereo model format: DATEM (.Smtprj, .cam)
•    At information: photo center easting, northing, height (MSL), omega, phi, kappa
•    Camera calibration report: focal length, CCD array and pixel size, principal point offset (x, y)
