Interpreter Services

The vendor is required to provide language interpreter services for hospital’s emergency department, inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative areas limited english proficiency (“LEP”) population to ensure that these patients will be able to interact effectively with their health care provider in order to receive the proper care that they need.
- Services include oral interpretation from the source language into the target language (and vice versa).
- Include sign language interpreter services, document translation services, telephonic interpretation services or video interpretation services.
- Budget: $1.8 billion
