Virtual Simultaneous Interpretation Services

The vendor is required to provide virtual simultaneous interpretation services for scientific conferences and fish stock assessment meetings organized by agency.
1. Fish stock assessments
•    The fish stock assessment meetings held in the state are annual scientific events led by country. 
•    Their purpose is to evaluate fish population status and provide recommendations based on scientific data in marine biology and physical oceanography. 
•    these assessments play a critical role in the sustainable management of fishery resources. 
•    Meetings are recorded and may be used as reference in legal proceedings, if necessary. 
•    Given the importance of these for the fishing industry and other stakeholders, it is essential to provide linguistic accessibility by offering simultaneous interpretation services in both official languages of country (French and english).
2. Scientific conferences
•    Scientific conferences hosted by the institute are high-level events that bring together researchers, experts, government representatives, and members of the fishing industry to discuss issues related to marine ecosystems. 
•    These meetings are an opportunity to share the latest findings in marine biology, oceanography, fisheries resource management, and environmental science.
