Language Interpretation Services

The vendor is required to provide language interpretive services via phone 24/7, from the given language into english and from english into the given language (languages listed below), for officers in the field conducting investigations.
- All interpreter(s) must be certified in the language they are translating from and to english.
- Provide translation services of written documents from a given language into english.
- Document translation requests must be translated within 30 days of submission to the contractor.
- Provide the above-mentioned services in the following languages:
