American Sign Language Interpreting and In Person and Remote Services

The Vendor is required to provide of American Sign Language Interpreting Services, in-person and remote.
- Needs for skilled Sign Language interpreting services for academic and non-academic meetings between students, staff, visitors, participants and guests.
- The contract will be used primarily for American Sign Language but is not limited to it; as there are other methods of signed communications.
- Responsible for all employee supervision, benefits, and required employer’s insurance for its employees.

- The University will not provide parking. 
- The maximum amount allowed for travel is a total of two hours for 0–60 miles of travel from the Contractor’s office and the center of the University campus, and three hours for 61–100 miles. 
- Travel time may not exceed the Standard interpreting services rate.
- Travel time will not be paid if Interpreter is already on campus working.
