The Vendor is required to provide to provide (1) telephonic interpreting and (2) video remote interpreting including American Sign Language-Video Remote (ASL-VRI) Interpreting.
- Qualified interpreters available for 200+ languages to provide these services in a prompt and easy-to-use format, and on-demand (24 hours/7 days a week) as needed; ASL-VRI services.
- Services are for statewide usage in the courts for initial points of contact, non-courtroom settings, filing court papers, and for emergency situations so the court can proceed in myriad languages without delay or interruption.
- The average number of monthly phone calls in 2025 was 1,711 averaging 10 minutes per call. See attached pricing sheet for specific language call quantity. Any quantity given in this proposal is estimated only for future use and not a guarantee of business.
- Provide 3 references from entities for whom you are already providing or have recently provided remote telephonic and video interpreting and ASL-VRI services.
- Provide easy to use instructions for accessing remote telephonic and video interpreting and ASL-VRI services.
