Telephonic Interpretation Services

The vendor required to provide telephone-based interpreter services on an “as needed” basis for limited english proficiency (LEP) clients needing interpreter assistance.
- Interpreters will be required to dial directly into a conference bridge and enter an access code to connect to the assigned hearing.
- The interpreter directly at their phone number on record in order to conference them into the hearing.
