Live Language Interpreting Services

The vendor is required to provide professional interpreting services provider capable of delivering a scalable, reliable solution for live language interpretation at district-sponsored events. 
- Service Requirements
• Provide live interpreting services (in-person or virtual) for District events of varying sizes, including but not limited to meetings, trainings, conferences, and community engagements.
• Support multiple languages, with the flexibility to add or adjust languages as District needs evolve.
• Offer an interpreting platform, system, or process that is user-friendly, accessible, and easy for event attendees to use.
• Deliver interpretation that is accurate, functional, and high quality, ensuring effective communication for all participants.
• Provide solutions that work seamlessly for both large-scale and small-scale events, with minimal setup, monitoring, and coordination required from District staff.
• Supply any necessary equipment, technology, or technical resources required for live interpreting (if applicable).
