Translation and Interpretation Services

The Vendor is required to provide foreign language interpretation and translation services on an as-needed basis for county, including but not limited to commissioners’ court meetings and other county departments and/or offices.
- Service Capabilities:
•    Simultaneous interpretation
•    Consecutive interpretation
•    Document translation
•    Interpretation services utilizing automated or remote systems, as required
- Must be available to provide interpretation services within a two (2) hour notification period when required for emergency meetings.
- The firm must be able to interpret and translate in the following languages, including but not limited to:
•    Spanish to English and English to Spanish
•    American Sign Language (ASL) and English
