Two Days in May Conference ASL services

The Vendor is required to provide American Sign Language (ASL) in-person interpreters for the 2026 Two Days in May Conference, held May 18 and May 19 at the Downtown.
- Provide several attendees in need of ASL interpreters and estimate as many as four workshops per block may need a team of two interpreters.
- The keynotes and the awards luncheon will take place in the 5th floor ballroom with all conference attendees (around 900) with a reserved table near the stage for interpreters and attendees.
- The breakout sessions with be on the 3rd and 4th floors with rooms that can accommodate 135-260 attendees.
