Summer Residency Interpretation and Simultaneous Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide executive level Chinese-English simultaneous translation and interpretation services.
- This service is critical for our short-term summer residency program where participants engage in business seminars and corporate site visits on 7 out of 10 continuous days during Aug – Sept 2026
- Services include:
•    Personnel: Two (2) highly qualified Chinese-English simultaneous interpreters and necessary technical support staff (2).
•    Equipment: Rental and management of approximately 150 headsets and transmitters.
•    Logistics: On-site support in agency and one additional country city, including management of up to two venue changes per day.
•    Compliance: All staff must adhere to university confidentiality standards, including FERPA and the Act.
