The Vendor is required to provide Spanish translation and interpretation services.
- Unemployment Insurance (UI) Appeals Office utilizes English/Spanish and Spanish/English interpretation and translation services during their day to day operations.
- Aspects of the services include established response times to:
• acknowledgement of the receipt of the translation requests,
• response times for the completion of the translation, and the
• ability to meet same day requests
- Documents shall be submitted to the Contractor on an as-needed basis.
- Confirm receipt by email within one ( 1) to two (2) business hours to authorized COLE staff(i.e., Scheduler), upon receipt of a request.
- Return completed written translated documents within forty-eight (48) business hours. Time shall start upon receipt of confirmation email.
- Provide all necessary proofing and editing of its translated material to ensure accurate, appropriate written translation.
- Shall bear all costs related to correcting formatted or incorrectly written translation.
- Shall have the capability to meet Rush (same day) translation services as required.
- Shall retain monthly records for translation services provided through the entire contract performance period, including any option year(s). The monthly records shall include, but not be limited to, the total number of written translations performed.
