• The service involves translating content—such as text, presentations, spreadsheets, or other formats—to and from country official languages (English and French) and indigenous languages, while maintaining the original tone, style, terminology and message.
• The translations must be completed exclusively by qualified translators and must demonstrate professional linguistic judgment, cultural and contextual accuracy, and subject-matter expertise.
• The translated content must meet the quality standards required for official use by agency
- Comparative editing services:
• To compare the source text with the target text and suggest changes to the target text where necessary to make it sound more idiomatic.
• Thus, the text will feel "natural" to the reader, as if it were originally written in the target language.

• Some written translation services may require a team of resources working evenings or weekends.
