Spanish Language Interpretation Services

The Vendor is required to provide Spanish language interpretation services will be performed remotely via zoom, WebEx or another video conferencing platform determined by the county.
- Requirement:
•    Language interpretation service required in the Spanish language.
•    Services must be culturally appropriate, as county deals with many individuals and seeks to provide interpretation and translation services that will facilitate communication across both linguistic and cultural divides for the county.
•    Required to have someone scheduled and available to perform remote interpretation for up to 1 hour in the afternoon every weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) and every holiday listed below at a maximum of 1 hour, 1 time a day.
•    The scheduled arraignment time is 3:00 pm; however, this arraignment time may vary by +/-1 hour.
•    If Spanish language interpreter services are not needed for an arraignment session, the court will notify the scheduled interpreter with as much notice as possible prior to the scheduled session.
•    Fy2027 holidays: labor day, veterans day, thanksgiving day, day after thanksgiving, Christmas eve day, Christmas day, day after Christmas (weekend), new year’s day, martin Luther king Jr. Day, presidents’ day, memorial day, independence day (weekend).
