Document Translation Services

The vendor is required to provide document translation services for use existing layout files and templates, (adobe creative cloud or Microsoft office) translate content into multiple languages, and provide working translated layout files.

•    Document translation and layout in multiple languages, using existing source layout files 
•    Ensure accessible and consistent messaging for city who read languages other than English 
•    Co-create content for print, digital, and radio
- Tasks, milestones
•    Translate + layout multi-page documents – exact scope to be confirmed after vendor selection.
•    Proofread, QA/QC with native speakers 
•    Delivery turnaround time 
•    All final packaged working layout files
•    Including diagrams, illustrations, and linked files (as needed) 
•    Including any language-specific fonts or typefaces.
