The Vendor is required to provide language access services to assist the city in meeting the language access needs of residents, workers, and visitors.
- The service categories are as follows:
• Translation services
• Interpretation services (in-person and video remote interpretation)
• Over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) services
- Applicants must be able to provide language access services in the top most requested languages in the city, and other languages as needed:
• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Haitian creole
• Nepali
• Cantonese
• Mandarin
• Simplified Chinese (written)
• Traditional Chinese (written).
