Language Interpretation and Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide on-demand and scheduled language interpretation and translation services to support communication with non-English speaking students, families, and community members.

- Services will be used for, but are not limited to:

• Parent-Teacher Conferences

• Student Discipline Meetings

• School Nurse Calls to Parents

• School Assemblies

• General Parent/Student Communications

- Services must be available via:

• Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI)

• Video Remote Interpretation (VRI)

• In-Person Interpretation
