Translation of Forms, Publications, and Web Content Services

The Vendor is required to provide the “State”, with the necessary linguistic expertise, desktop publishing, and accessibility skills, materials, supplies, and equipment needed to support agency with translation services and produce.
- Shall maintain current software applications such as but not limited to Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat, upgrading as needed to ensure the electronic files provided to agency are current and usable by agency and its printers. Agency utilizes Imposition Wizard software and Common look accessibility checker.
- Publications, the Contractor shall translate and typeset pamphlets, brochures, forms, posters, phone scripts, video scripts, web pages (provided in HTML format), advertisements, news releases, leaflets, letters, PowerPoint slides, social media posts, video subtitles, and other documents as needed.
- Provide translation services for both print and non-print projects in any of the listed languages.
