Foreign Language Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide foreign language translation services for a variety of marketing and customer communication programs.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ability to translate the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, mandarin Chinese, and other languages as needed.
• Written translations from English to the specified language and from the specified language to English in a timely manner.
• Edit previously translated materials in the specified language and edit materials written in the specified language for translation into English.
• Proofread translated materials prior to printing.
• Receive and submit translation documents via email in Microsoft word format and spreadsheets in Microsoft excel format.
• Interpretation services at public meetings in county.
