Written Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide written translation services for curricular materials in French, Spanish, and mandarin Chinese, normally from English for grades k-12.
- Respondents are expected to be able to translate a variety of curriculum-related material into French, Spanish, and mandarin Chinese.
- Each individual project could be provided from multiple formats (i.e.: google docs, Microsoft word, or pdf) and will be required to be translated within the timeframe required by the school district.
- Some documents may require editing pictures, artwork, and graphs with subtitles.
- The vocabulary used in the translated documents shall be age and grade level appropriate for classroom instruction.
- Use of non-standard vocabulary is not an acceptable translation.
- The use of “google translation” is not an acceptable translation tool.
- All translations submitted shall be grammatically correct and error free.
