Foreign Language Interpretation and Translation Services

The Vendor is required to provide foreign language interpretation and translation services on an as needed basis.
- Interpretation services:
• Interpretation services available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm) and at other times as required for a term to begin September 21, 2026 through the entire contract term of prf88: foreign language interpretation and translation services including any extensions or options to renew such contract, presently set to expire on June 30, 2032, an as needed basis and scheduled based upon the department need.
• Interpreters will need to be audible by all parties and may be recorded or transcribed as needed.
• Interpretation services may include in-person, telephonic or video remote.
- Translation services:
• Translation of department provided documents.
• Quality assurance/control of department documents that have already been translated.
