Virtual and In-Person Simultaneous Translation Services

The vendor is required to provide interpreters for in-person and virtual meetings, as requested to complete the following tasks:
• Prepare for the meetings with material provided in advance by agency.
• Arrive 15-30 minutes in advance of meetings to do the sound test.
• Provide simultaneous translation in French and English during the whole meeting.
• Ensure that all interpretation services are delivered in a professional manner that facilitates effective communication and participation among all attendees
