The Vendor is required to provide core support services invites sealed tenders from qualified vendors to supply, install, and support a telecommunications solution to replace the existing system.
- Supply digital / VoIP-based telephone system
- Provide approximately 120 desk phones
- Configure voicemail, auto-attendant and call routing
- Install, test, and commission system
- Provide user and administrator training
- Technical Requirements
• Reliable digital / VoIP telephone solution
• Minimum 8 analog trunk support
• Minimum 8 line PRI with ability to expand if required
• Administrative management interface
• Connect to existing PA system that supports a “page” function that uses the PA system and a “page all” function that uses the PA system and the speaker phone on all attached desk phones.
• System will support phone functions such as hold, transfer, and conference calls
• System will maintain internal calling ability if connection to external resources is lost.
• System will have voicemail to email functionality that supports modern authentication (OAUTH 2.0) and or direct send
• Desk phones will have multiple line abilities (minimum of 2), programmable buttons, compatible with headphones (i.e. Plantronics SAVI 8220), hands free speaker phone, call history, and display screen.
• 1 reception desk phone will have the same abilities as the other but include the ability to have 4 or more lines available for calls.
