The vendor required to provide employee assistance program (EAP), from qualified service providers with demonstrable experience in the municipal area.
- Provide services that will include counseling in areas of alcoholism and substance abuse; family difficulties; workplace violence, workplace harassment; stress and stress related problems; gambling; monetary and financial problems; family violence; and other personal difficulties that interfere with work.
- Full-range EAP services to the town's approximately 368 employees and the school department's approximately 725 employees.
- These services will include counseling in areas of alcoholism and substance abuse; family difficulties; stress and stress related problems; gambling; monetary and financial problems; family violence; and other personal difficulties that interfere with work.
- The program will include assessment and referral services, and additional counseling sessions as needed.
- EAP provider will be able to provide services, including confidential counseling assistance, to employees and members of their immediate family (spouse and dependent children) with emotional, family, financial, depression and anxiety, legal, marital, drug and alcohol problems, etc.
