The Vendor is required to provide museum collections consultants to support the Department.
- This project includes priority item-level inventory, targeted rehousing of high-risk collections, concept-level conservation laboratory implementation planning, and updated documentation and recommendations.
- Priority Item-Level Inventory and Condition Assessment
•    Inventory of 300–1,000 priority items
•    Condition documentation and identification of high-risk materials
•    Updated location and organization
•    Recommendations for future phases
•    Data entry into CMS or spreadsheets
- Targeted Rehousing of Priority Collections
•    Archival housing and stabilization supports
•    Rehousing of oversized or high-risk items
•    Updated shelving organization
•    Future phased rehousing plan
- Collections Documentation and Organization
•    Updated digital inventory files
•    Structured documentation
•    Rehousing logs and supply lists
•    Roadmap for future phases.
