Permanent Employee Facilities Services

The Vendor is required to provide new permanent facilities for agency operations staff.
- These facilities will replace the temporary site trailers that are currently being used for office space, break areas, and storage (conditioned and auxiliary unconditioned).
- Employee facilities will replace the existing trailers and provide space for future operations workforce at multiple agency properties, including the track, signals, power maintenance groups, as well as rail operations and vehicle maintenance groups.
- The Construction Management (“CM”) shall review the design documents and supporting project documents and make recommendations to the agency and project team as to value engineering, constructability, suitability of materials and equipment, scheduling, time, phasing, proposed and alternative construction methods, assemblies, or materials, sequence of construction, and clarity, consistency, and coordination of documentation.
- The CM shall develop and maintain a risk management plan to qualitatively and quantitatively identify and manage the probability and impact of risks throughout the Project, including use of a risk matrix in a form acceptable to the agency.
- The CM shall provide and maintain a construction site office and provide all site management and administration.
