Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide for legal services.
- The municipality in court / legal proceedings and provide advice and consultation to the Council and staff on:
•    Development and implementation of bylaws and policies,
•    Interpretation of provincial legislation and regulations,
•    The acquisition, management, development and disposition of municipal property,
•    Contracts, tenders, and other procurement practices,
•    Formal and comprehensive review of all current legal agreements,
•    Human resource matters,
•    Partnership and funding arrangements, and
•    Contract administration.
