The Vendor is required to provide certified medical facilities to provide occupational medical services to its approximate 650 employees as scheduled by agency.

- Breath Alcohol Testing
- The digital copies of examination information regarding an employee's physical and mental wellbeing to perform his/her essential job functions will be retained by agency.
- Fitness-for-Duty Physicals - Examination and assessment to determine employee's ability to perform the essential functions of their job, i.e., noticeable change in level of performance, demonstrating difficulty in performing day-to-day tasks, exhibits behavior not conducive to the work environment, etc.
- Review of prescribed medication with courtesy contact of provider to discuss potential affect/impact on employee if certain medication taken while performing essential function of job, discuss specific job requirements and possible alternatives mutual to all, provide agency with written detail of recommendation
- Types of drug tests will include, but not be limited to:
• Pre-employment testing
• Reasonable suspicion testing
• Post-accident testing
• Random testing
• Return to duty testing
• Follow-up testing
• Employee requested confirmation testing.
