Project Management Execution Marketing and Sponsorship Services

The Vendor is required to provide event management and sponsorship services for the planning and delivery of the 2026 edition agency.
- Provide to ensure the successful planning, execution, and financial support of this significant winter celebration in state.
- Project Management Services:
• Meticulous planning and coordination of all event phases
• Budgeting and financial management
• Program development and scheduling
• Coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners
• Marketing and promotion strategy
• Social media strategy
• Development of signage and pageantry plan
• Volunteer program development inclusive of recruitment, scheduling, and management 
• Transportation and parking planning
• Safety and security planning
- Event Execution Services:
1. On-site event management and supervision at multiple venues (examples):
• Outdoor Snow Kingdom at Mark Arendz Provincial Ski Park at Brookvale Nordic
• Indoor Play land at state Convention Centre
• Founders' Food Hal! & Market (Indoor and Outdoor)
2. Coordination of all activities, including marquee events and micro-events 
3. Ticketing and attendee strategy and management 
4. Development and recruitment of VIP hotel package/event rate offering
5. Liaise with venue owners and local authorities
6. Post-event evaluation and reporting
- Sponsorship Procurement and Management:
• Sponsorship program development
• Identification and solicitation of potential sponsors
• Negotiation and finalization of sponsorship agreements 
• Management of sponsor relationships
• Ensure sponsor visibility and benefits
• On-site sponsor servicing
• Corporate ticket package saies
• Reporting on sponsorship ROI.
