The Vendor is required to provide for the facilitation of a strategic planning workshop and the update of the agency existing strategic plan.
- Through strategic planning, community engagement, events and targeted investment, the board works to foster a vibrant, welcoming, and economically thriving core for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
- The selected facilitator will be responsible for:
• Reviewing the existing strategic plan (provided by agency)
• Designing and facilitating a half-day strategic planning workshop with:
1. Agency board of directors
2. Agency members (downtown property/business owners) and stakeholders
• Gathering, synthesizing, and summarizing participant feedback
• Providing recommendations and strategic updates based on board, membership and stakeholder input
• Updating the existing strategic plan document with revised goals, strategies, and priorities (plan refresh and update not a rewrite).
- Budget: $2000
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
