The Vendor is required to provide a qualified and creative videography company to produce a 3–4 minute high quality promotional video that will:
• Celebrate and showcase the volunteers who maintain and enhance the railway.
• Highlight the significant time, energy, and funds contributed by local community organizations.
• Feature interviews with volunteers and trail users to tell compelling stories.
• Include stunning drone videography to capture the natural beauty of the trail.
• Position the trail as a year-round community asset and tourism destination.
• Integrate the sponsorship and values of co-operators insurance into the visual theme and messaging.
- Their support will be prominently acknowledged throughout the final product and associated promotion.
- The goals of the video are to:
• Recognize and honour the volunteers behind the trail.
• Inspire new volunteers to get involved.
• Promote increased trail usage across seasons.
• Highlight the support of co-operators insurance as a community-building partner.
- Videography Company will be responsible for:
• Developing a video storyboard/concept aligned with project goals and sponsor messaging.
• Coordinating and capturing interviews with volunteers and trail users.
• Capturing drone and ground-level b-roll of the trail across key sites.
• Editing and producing a final 3–4 minute video in formats suitable for social media, YouTube, and broadcast (with French captioning).
• Delivering 3–5 high-resolution stills from the footage for sponsor use.
• Producing two short (30-second) promotional reels for use on social media platforms.
• Incorporating co-operators insurance and agency branding (logos, messaging, and credits) into the video per guidance provided.
