Engagement Events Related Services

The Vendor is required to provide for engagement events related to public consultation with commission.
- Services include:
•    In-person only (no virtual component)
•    Full-day conference with breakout sessions, keynote speakers, and panel discussions
•    Includes hospitality (breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks)
•    Requires simultaneous interpretation in English, French, and Cree
•    AV support for presentations and recordings
•    On-site registration and name badge printing
•    Conference kits for attendees
•    Drafting and submission of an intervention report post-event
- Exclusions:
•    No virtual or hybrid delivery
•    No evening reception or dinner
•    No travel reimbursements for attendees

- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
