The Vendor is required to provide to establish a new airport revenue generating advertising program that includes the sales, installation and maintenance of approved advertising inside the air terminal building, domestic arrivals building and on airport lands.
- Goals and Objectives
• To select a proponent who will provide a high-quality advertising program that complies with the region’s signage and advertising policies for airport advertising with a full-service agreement.
• Identify new revenue opportunities for the region through advertising innovation, including digital display panels.
• Advertising sales and installation of all approved advertising within air terminal building, domestic arrivals building and other approved locations on airport property.
• Provide a well-organized transition plan between contracts to minimize potential revenue loss to the region.
• Responsible for the cost of design, production and installation of a trade advertisement.
• Provision of advertising sales, services and advertising program management at the region.
• Leasing airport advertising space to advertisers to increase airport and proponent revenues in a partner-oriented fashion.
• Providing ongoing strategic research and market insights to better understand passengers in context of their attractiveness to advertisers.
• To innovate and be on top of emerging trends and new media to reach local, national, and global audiences.
• Maximizing exposure potential and working with airport management to explore innovative advertising models and concepts, including proposing appropriate investments to generate incremental revenue. Ensuring that advertising standards are maintained and enforced, such aesthetically pleasing design and advertisements that fit within their environment and ensuring that assets are safe and can be easily maintained.
• Providing exceptional customer service and service standards while administering and managing the airport advertising program.
• Installation of all advertising within the airport’s property, both within the terminal and groundside.
• Identify incremental advertising revenue opportunities for the airport through advertising innovation, such as the inclusion of the custom tactics, emerging trends and media unique to the airport’s operation.
