Outdoor Summer Event Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide for outdoor summer event production.
- The second event is a two-day outdoor music festival on July 4 & 5, 2026 featuring eight performance artists.
- The first event is a two-day country Day Celebration June 30 & July 1, 2026, consisting of an outdoor concert and family event.
- Provide and coordinate to meet artist & performance rider provided specifications:
•    Stage(s): 320 Stageline set up & build
•    Transportation
•    FOH/monitor mix positions
•    Audio Package
•    Backline equipment (as needed per rider)
•    Power distribution (generators, cabling, and distro boxes)
•    Lighting rig (festival-style with programmable scenes)
•    Trussing and rigging
•    Full equipment setup, operation, and teardown
•    Dedicated audio, lighting, and video technicians on-site
•    Stage/production Manager(s) to coordinate artist transitions
•    Ensure compliance with all safety codes and regulations
•    Provide documentation: insurance, board coverage, safety plan, equipment certifications and board business license
•    Permits
•    Riders to be provided when received by artist and performers.
