Strategic Video Services

The Vendor is required to provide to ensure the province maintains the ability to rapidly engage state on emergent issues, the production of up to 30 strategic videos may be required on an “as-needed” basis with no guarantees of work.
- Must execute a polished video for public release within 24-hours.
- Service include, but not limited to: creative input in terms of location, creative of mock-up or story boards, visual enhancements such as graphics and music, and video output for use on various social media platforms.
- Services
•    Provide a rapid response to emerging issues impacting state with strategy and video execution within 24 hours of a request.
•    Videos are for use on social media, the majority would be between 45 second to 2 minutes. 
•    There may be occasions when longer videos are required.
•    Approvals from the province are required from pre-production through postproduction.
•    Captions may be required as part of production and will be part of instructions. If multiple languages are required, the province will manage translations.
•    Analyze production needs and assist with the creative development of video concepts, including but not limited to:
o    Equipment and lighting;
o    Location;
o    Participants;
o    Shoot style; and
o    Script(s).
•    Provision of creative mock-ups or story boards prior to the video development stage.
•    Provision of creative options or “skins” for the web-based delivery platform.
•    Pre and post-production, including the editing of video(s), video clips, audio tracks.
•    Visual enhancements to the videos such as graphics, artwork, music, stock photography and/or film footage.
•    Video output is for social media platforms unless otherwise indicated at time of the request; there could be a requirement for broadcast quality video production with full HD shooting and editing capabilities.
•    Production of supporting documents for projects including planning documents, functional and technical specifications, budget estimates, delivery schedules.
•    Post-production process which outlines the number of edits within the scope of the project (example: 3 rough cuts, 1 final cut).
