Concrete Services

The Vendor is required to provide to perform concrete services on county maintained rights-of-way and other county property on an as-needed basis.
- Services:
•    Complete repairs based on list of needs provided to awarded contractor
•    Obtain authorization from the county prior to completing repairs
•    Remove existing concrete and replace with new material
•    Install all types of catch basin lids
•    Install catch basin throats
•    Convert catch basin lid types, as specified by the county
•    Install 6” extruded curb with 3,000 psi minimum, unless otherwise specified
•    Plan expansion joints at 50’ intervals, with crack control saw cuts every ten (10) feet
•    Install sidewalk (4’ wide and 5’) as specified, in accordance with ADA standards
•    Install bus stop pads, in accordance with ADA standards
•    Install concrete driveway aprons (24’ wide), in accordance with county standards
•    Install miscellaneous concrete
•    Repair miscellaneous concrete
•    Assist the county with additional tasks related to concrete services, as needed
•    Comply with all federal, state and Local Regulations regarding licenses, permits, and certifications
