Photography and Video services

The Vendor is required to provide an in-house graphic design and video team that create various material for internal and external use to support departmental priorities.
- These may include, but are not limited to, the following:
•    Electronic media graphics – for web sites, social media, and videos
•    Education, marketing, and awareness products (pamphlets, newsletters, posters, in-store promotions and signage)
•    Reports, plans, and policy documents
•    Conference and event materials (displays, banners, presentation slides)
- Provide high-resolution digital colour photography and video services that reflect various scenarios including, but not limited to:
•    Innovation & Technology
•    Climate-Smart & Sustainable Agriculture
•    People, Diversity & Labour / Cybersecurity
•    Supply Chain & Trade
- Innovation & Technology
•    Robotics, drones, automation
•    Controlled-environment agriculture
•    Bioenergy technologies
•    Digital farm systems (sensors, automated equipment)
•    Farmers using digital devices
•    Research and Development centres
- Climate-Smart & Sustainable Agriculture
•    Soil health and water-smart farming
•    Renewable energy on farms (solar, wind, bioenergy)
•    Specialty crops and urban/vertical farming
•    Climate-resilient practices
•    Winter farming
•    Drought and drought remediation
- People, Diversity & Labour / Cybersecurity
•    Indigenous producers and northern agriculture
•    Horticulture and aquaculture workers
•    School food programs
•    Women, newcomers, and youth in agriculture
•    Farmers using secure digital systems
•    Close-ups of crop sensors, drones, automated equipment
•    Producers working with laptops/tablets in barns or fields
- Supply Chain & Trade
•    Ports, rail lines, grain terminals
•    Export facilities (grains, meat, seafood)
•    Trade booths (video recommended)
•    Canada flag in agricultural settings
•    Packaging, warehousing, transport, trucking, loading/DE loading, farmers with forms and/or tablets, and so on
