Strategic Planning Facilitation Services

The Vendor is required to provide the development of a new 3-5 year strategic plan including the facilitation of workshops with the board and senior leadership team.
- Requirement:
1. Project initiation and planning
•    Conduct a project kick-off meeting to confirm scope, roles, timelines, and project logistics, and review relevant background documentation. 
•    This meeting will be held virtually or in person.
2. Pre-workshop engagement and research
•    Recommend and implement methods to gather input prior to the workshops, including tools and materials used for data collection and stakeholder engagement.
•    The school division already collects data and conducts extensive stakeholder engagement with students, parents and guardians and staff annually. 
•    This information will be made available to the consultant.
•    Proponents will recommend additional engagement methods to gather perspectives from other stakeholders such as parish and faith community partners, indigenous partners and other community organizations.
3. Workshop design
•    Develop workshop agendas, facilitation processes, and participant materials for a minimum of two strategic planning workshops, including recommended workshop duration required to achieve the project objectives. 
•    Proponents should clearly describe the facilitation tools and techniques that will be used to build consensus and encourage inclusive participation.
4. Workshop facilitation
•    Provide on-site facilitation for sessions involving the board of trustees and the senior leadership team to ensure productive dialogue aligned with strategic priorities, measurable outcomes, and indicators of success.
