Digital Media Studio Project Services

The Vendor is required to provide digital media studio project services for include:
•    Digital asset management and media collaboration system 
•    Specialized in video and podcast production 
•    Efficiently manage, share, and collaborate with large multimedia files across a hybrid work environment. 
•    A collaborative post-production workflow integrated within our 
•    Adobe creative cloud programs for works in progress 
•    An efficient client approval and product delivery experience for video, photo and graphic products.
- File support and compatibility
•    Image and raw camera formats (JPG, TIFF, DNG) with preview video formats (mp4, mov) with preview- audio formats (wav, mp3) with preview- adobe creative cloud files (illustrator, premiere, photo shop)
•    Ensure compatibility with both macos and window SOS for plugins or connecting applications.
•    Provide the ability to add or alter the thumbnail to a file
- Search, retrieval, and preview
•    Provide robust search functionality leveraging metadata, keywords, filters, and AI-generated tags. 
•    Return easy-to-navigate search results with preview images or video. 
•    Enable download of proxy or low-resolution versions of assets for rapid project drafting.
- Collaboration and sharing
•    Support sharing of an asset or collection of assets via email or links with optional password protection. 
•    Provide the ability for the person who received the shared link to comment on the media product. 
•    Provide folder-level permissions (view, edit, download). 
•    Support the ability to share large collections of materials via a single link (e.g., 50+ assets).
- Integration with creative tools
•    Integrate with adobe creative cloud applications (including premiere pro, after effects, Photoshop) for asset search, retrieval, and download through an extension within these applications.
•    Enable project synchronization so editors can easily transfer premiere pro and after effects projects from one editor to another. 
•    Include support for synchronization so that once offline work is done, the project can be updated in the cloud.
•    Maintain plugin compatibility with future adobe creative cloud updates.
- Storage, backup, and redundancy
•    Provide scalable “hot” cloud storage (starting at 25 TB).
•    Allow backup and sync of selected files or folders in the dam to a local drive connected to a user's computer.
•    Ensure redundancy in the cloud service.
•    Provide version control: track and manage asset versions, enabling users to restore at least one previous version.
- Administration and governance
•    Ensure secure login to the cloud system from any location. 
•    Optional supports for SSO (single sign-on) and optional multifactor authentication for all users.
•    Provide high-level administrative controls for user management, metadata governance, and folder and asset permissions.
