Photography Services

The Vendor is required to provide photographed the photos are used on the website, programmer, portrait gallery and for social media.
- Requirement:
•    Photograph up to 10 new excellence inductees per year. 
•    Locations will be chosen by excellence inductees. 
•    Photography sessions date and time will be set by excellence.
•    There is potential travel throughout the province. 
•    Travel cost to be included in quote (it will not be paid and reimbursed separately).
•    Cost of photographing each inductee to include all rights, digital files, editing (retouching) and preparation work and delivery. 
•    Includes color and black and white versions of final portrait.
•    Requirements for each of the 10 inductees:
o    Portrait taken in a setting relating to the inductee (potential travel).
o    Three (3) - 4x6 plaque mounting per inductee specs will be supplied. 
o    Retouched digital files (in color and black and white) of formal portrait chosen.
o    Other retouched files as needed for other uses (up to 10 files per inductee) 
o    Includes ongoing support of digital files to excellence.
o    This includes requests through excellence office from excellence members, media and the public for additional files and formal portraits in various formats (jpeg, tiff, etc.)
•    Requirements for investiture ceremony and dinner – (2:30 – 9:00 pm)
o    Two (2) photographers before and during investiture ceremony (2:30–5:00 pm) 
o    Minimum of 1 (one) photographer during reception (5:00 – 6:00 pm) for candid photos 
o    Minimum of 1 (one) photographer during reception, plus a helper, for group photos 
o    One (1) photographer during dinner (6:00 – 9:00 pm) for candid photos
o    Cost of photographing investiture ceremony and dinner to include all rights, digital files, editing (retouching) and delivery of up to 10 - 4x6 photos and files.
