The Vendor is required to provide event management services across agency global portfolio of signature events, trade shows, brand activations, select in-market environments, and other event initiatives, beginning in April 2027.
- Major marketplace trade shows and events
• Brand at major international industry marketplaces, including but not limited to PCMA, IMEX FRANKFURT, ASAE, IMEX America, and IBTM world.
• Support agency in the planning, coordination, and delivery of these activities, providing project management, logistics oversight, and onsite event management services as required.
- Domestic, corporate, international market, government, and media and publisher and signature events
• Dc signature events, including large-scale, multi-day conferences, summits, marketplaces, or hosted programs owned and delivered by agency, which may include full event management, registration, programming, logistics, and onsite delivery
• Government stakeholder meetings and events, including briefings, roundtables, working sessions, and receptions involving federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, and indigenous government partners
• Receptions with government officials and provincial, territorial, destination, and industry partners
• Client dinners and targeted networking events, including smaller, highly targeted relationship-building engagements
• Sponsorship activations and branded experiences, delivered independently or in partnership with global platforms, networks, or collaborators
• Multi-day conferences, meetings, or hosted buyer programs, including b2b marketplaces and immersive hosted programs with full event management and registration services
• Interactive experiential activations, including immersive, hands-on, or technology-enabled experiences designed to engage audiences, showcase country stories, innovation, and product, and support brand objectives across international markets related to agency business priorities
• Branded thematic events delivered in conjunction with major media, publisher, trade, or cultural events, including those taking place in international markets related to agency business priorities aligned with our country, naturally brand
• Media and publisher activations, including hosted experiences, briefings, launches, site visits, content-driven events, and relationship-building engagements aligned with agency global influence strategy
• Annual public meetings, press conferences, and other public-facing announcements
• Event management and activation support for agency international market teams and international markets related to agency business priorities.
