Affordable Housing Land Strategy Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategy will implement the city's housing affordability strategy (HAS) action 1.2.1 by reviewing city-owned lands, identifying sites with potential for affordable housing development, forecasting unit creation, and outlining costs, revenues, timing, and operational and community impacts.
